To make your funds Instantly Available when depositing to your myCitadel Wallet via ACH/Electronic check, check off the option of “Make my deposit instantly available for my merchant payments.” By doing this, you will have instantly available funds for merchants payments. A 6.9% fee applies on all instantly cleared deposits made via ACH/Electronic Check Deposit.
If you do not want to incur the 6.9% fee for Instantly Available funds, uncheck the option and your funds will then be available in 5 business days.
