Setting Up myCitadel Express Pay

What is myCitadel Express Pay?

Use myCitadel Express Pay to make merchant payments. It allows you to instantly transfer funds direct from your checking account (U.S. & Canadian residents) or credit card (UK residents) to your merchant account for FREE. 

myCitadel Express Pay automatically withdraws the amount of your purchase from your bank account or credit card when there are not enough funds in your myCitadel Wallet to pay for the transaction.

If you do not have a payment method set up for myCitadel Express Pay, click "Payment Methods."  Then add a bank account or credit card under "ADD Payment Method".

To assign a bank account or credit card to myCitadel Express Pay, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to your myCitadel Wallet.  Under “My Wallet,” click “Payment Methods.”

Step 2:  Go to “ADD Payment Method,” and select the Payment Method that you would like to use for myCitadel Express Pay such as “U.S. Dollar Account in the United States.” (Note: options available for the Payment Method will vary by your country of residence.) Once you have selected your Payment Method, click “Continue”. 

For U.S. & Canadian Residents:

Step 3: If you selected a Checking Account as your Payment Method, you will need to complete the form shown below with your Bank Account information.  Next, place a check mark in the box for “Click here to set up this bank account for use with myCitadel Express Pay.”  Click “Register” and you will be ready to make merchant payments from your bank account via myCitadel Wallet.

For U. K. Residents:

Step 3: If you selected a Credit Card as your Payment Method, you will need to complete the form shown below, with your Credit Card information. Next, place a check mark in the box for “Click here to set up this credit card for use with myCitadel Express Pay.” Click “Continue” and you will be ready to make merchant payments using your credit card via myCitadel Wallet.

Step 4:  Make a Merchant Payment using myCitadel Express Pay.* Once you have set up your myCitadel Express Pay, go to your merchant’s website and login to your merchant account. Once you are logged into your merchant account, click on the Cashier or Bank section and then choose Deposit options.

Step 5: Select the myCitadel Wallet payment option.

Step 6: Enter your Wallet ID (or Email Address), Security Code and the Amount you would like to transfer (to pay) the merchant. Click the button to submit the page, and the transfer will occur immediately and for FREE.
