The implemention of Citadel Commerce’s services are supported by our dedicated Implementation Team who implements our payment platforms to your requirements and needs.
To get started with Citadel Comemrce’s services, the following steps need to be taken:

Complete Citadel Commerce’s Application Forms:
The information provided by your company is analyzed by Citadel Commerce Risk Department.
Once Citadel Commerce’s Risk Department has accepted and approved your application, further
steps are taken to open new accounts in and implementation timelines and schedules are set.
• Integrate with the Payment Platform:
Technical steps are performed ot connect your site to the payment platform that you have chosen.
Detailed guides as well as support for development andtestings are provided by the Citadel Commerce Implementaion Team.
• Platform Configuration:
The platform will then be configured and launched to support the payment methods and services
that you have chosen.
